Your Kavestone Delivery

Your furniture is not taken from a warehouse shelf.

Each Kavestone piece is individually made to order, carefully finished and inspected before it begins its journey to you.

Our typical lead time is 8–10 weeks from order confirmation.

As every piece is handcrafted and made from natural stone, there may occasionally be small variations to this timeframe. We would rather allow the time required to finish your piece properly than compromise on the quality of the final product.

When your furniture is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery.

Complimentary White Glove Service

We want receiving your Kavestone furniture to feel effortless.

Our White Glove Delivery Service is included free of charge with every order.

On delivery, our team will:

  • Carefully bring your furniture into your home
  • Take it to your chosen room
  • Unpack each piece
  • Assemble your furniture where required
  • Position it in your chosen location
  • Remove all delivery packaging from your property

No boxes left behind. No separate assembly to arrange.

Your Kavestone piece is delivered ready to become part of your space.

Preparing Your Home

Marble and travertine furniture can be extremely heavy, so clear and suitable access is essential for a safe delivery.

Before your delivery date, please check the full route from the entrance of your property to the room where the furniture will be positioned.

Please consider:

  • Entrance doors and internal doorways
  • Hallway widths
  • Tight corners
  • Staircases and landings
  • Lift dimensions and weight restrictions
  • Ceiling heights where relevant
  • Steps or restricted entrances
  • The space available in the final room

Please also ensure that the delivery route and installation area are clear before our team arrives.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered can safely pass through the property and reach its intended location.

If you have any concerns about access, please speak to our team before delivery.

When Your Order Arrives

Once your furniture has been unpacked, assembled and positioned, we recommend taking a moment to inspect it while our delivery team is still with you.

Natural stone is unique by nature, so variations in colour, veining and pattern are expected. However, if you notice damage or believe there is an issue with your furniture, please let us know.

Reporting Damage

Any visible damage or delivery-related issue should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the affected area
  • A photograph showing the complete item
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps our team understand the problem and respond as quickly as possible.

Reporting within 7 days helps us investigate delivery-related issues promptly and does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Missed Deliveries

We will contact you in advance to arrange your delivery.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that our team can access the property at the agreed time.

If we are unable to complete the delivery because:

  • Nobody is available at the property
  • Access to the property cannot be provided
  • The furniture cannot safely reach its intended location
  • The delivery cannot be completed for another reason within the customer's control

a £60 redelivery charge will apply.

We will then arrange a new delivery date with you.

Made Especially for You

Kavestone furniture is made to order rather than mass produced.

Once your order enters production, your chosen design, stone and specifications are being prepared specifically for you.

For this reason, made-to-order products cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your:

  • Product
  • Dimensions
  • Stone selection
  • Finish
  • Configuration
  • Delivery access

before confirming your order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not supplied as ordered.

The Beauty of Natural Stone

No two Kavestone pieces will ever be identical.

Marble and travertine have been formed naturally over thousands of years. Every slab carries its own markings, tones and character.

Your furniture may therefore display natural variations in:

  • Veining
  • Colour and tone
  • Pattern
  • Texture
  • Pores
  • Mineral markings
  • Surface characteristics

These are inherent qualities of genuine natural stone rather than manufacturing defects.

Images and samples are intended to represent the overall appearance of a stone, but they cannot reproduce the exact slab that will be used for your furniture.

It is this individuality that makes every Kavestone piece one of a kind.
